We invite you to join us for a gentle autumn afternoon of contemplation, creativity, and ceremony—created especially for mothers whose children were lost through miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion.
In this sacred garden retreat center, you will be lovingly held by the tenderness of flowers, the fragrance of shrubs, and the healing presence of community. Together, we will honor what is often unspoken, giving space to grieve, remember, and release.
Through the guidance of Ellen Speert, Katie Dove, and Jamie Kohanyi, you will be supported with gentle practices that bring both solace and connection. Our culture too often leaves mothers to carry this loss in silence—here, you will not be alone.
This half-day retreat will include:
Reflective writing with botanicals
Clay work to shape memory and release
Sacred conversation in a circle of women
Water ceremony to return loss to the embrace of Earth, the ever-mother of us all
There will be time for both togetherness and solitude—moments to rest, wander the private paths, and walk the labyrinth in the soft afternoon light.

A Note from Katie...
Visioning and prayer allows for presence without requiring physical presence. I will be offering my intentions to the Requiem Of The Unborn and leaving delivery of this very special day to Ellen and Jamie to facilitate in person on November 2.
